Dear friends,
Since embarking on our journey with Scott Ajans in March 2021 with big dreams and goals, we have now surpassed four years of adding value to the digital ecosystem with our vision. We are grateful to each and every one of you for this valuable time we have spent working with the same enthusiasm as on our first day, creating, and growing alongside your brands.
We are here today to share an important decision with you. In accordance with our decision, Scott Ajans will cease accepting new clients as of August 1, 2025, and will begin the process of winding down its operations in a controlled manner.
Our decision was based on our inability to achieve the financial structure necessary for our agency to reach its targeted growth momentum, the lack of expected market interest in the new services we offer, and difficulties in establishing a stable and predictable work-flow due to technology restrictions imposed periodically throughout our country on our international solution partners.
At this point, we regretfully see that continuing with the current system prevents our team from fully demonstrating their talents and potential, and also hinders us from taking the innovative and significant steps we aim to take as an agency.
How will the process work for our existing customers?
Firstly, we would like to note that all ongoing services will continue to be provided with the same care, quality, and professionalism until their terms expire. However, at the end of your service term, services that have not been personally completed by you will be permanently terminated as they will not be automatically renewed.
Therefore, it is very important that you complete the transfer and handover procedures on time. Our priority during this transition period is to ensure that our valued customers do not experience any inconvenience.
The process will be managed transparently through the following steps:
— Personal Notification: Our team will contact each customer individually to provide detailed information about when their service period will end and the steps they need to take.
— Transfer and Migration Support: We will provide you with full support to ensure that all your digital assets, such as your website and emails stored on our servers or agency accounts, are transferred smoothly to your control during your service period. We will be there to make this process as easy as possible for you.
— Communication: In order to provide you with the best possible support during this transition period, all of our communication channels will remain active until our last customer’s service period has ended.
Notes about the future...
So, does this journey end here? Although nothing has been finalized yet, the Scott Ajans team may continue on a different or new path, combining our skills and experience under a different or new company/agency umbrella in line with our dreams. We will be sure to keep you informed of any developments in this regard.
